ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

  • Damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear
  • Misuse of the Products.
  • Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling, including marks left by over-tightening transport straps
  • Products that were lost or stolen.
  • Damage or defects caused by impact with any materials or objects (rocks, docks, other boards, etc.)
  • Damage or defects caused by use outside of its intended purpose
  • Damage or defects caused by inappropriate storage in temperatures over 90°F and under 32°F
  • Products used in commercial, rental or school settings
  • Any customer-initiated modifications to the surface of the board
  • Damage or defects caused by heel dents also known as pressure dings
  • Damage or de-lamination caused by overheating as a result of exposure to direct sunlight
  • Damage or defects caused by wave impact and/or impact with ocean/lake floor
  • Damage or defects caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (example: a wet board bag)
  • Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact to the fin
  • Chips, cracks or separation of paddle blades due to a result of impact with any object(s)
  • Damage due to falling on the paddle or board
  • Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or out of water handling
  • Fading due to sun exposure
  • Tears, rips or holes caused by collision or abuse
  • Damage to the valve caused by loosening the valve to deflate.
  • Zipper damage caused by misuse or improper care and maintenance

CLAIMS PROCESS

  1. Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through COOLCAA and submitted to support@coolcaasports.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact support@coolcaasports.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem.  Once we receive your claim, our Claims Department will reach out within two (2) business days with a resolution.

Please note, the defective product must be located in the Continental United States or shipping charges may not be covered by the warranty and must be paid for by the claimant.

  1. Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@coolcaasports.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

LIMITED WARRANTY PROCESS – SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY:

IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY, COOLCAA’S ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY TO THE BUYER, AND THE BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY, IS AS FOLLOWS :

COOLCAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to repair or replace any Products deemed acceptable by COOLCAA, in its sole discretion, for a warranty claim. The Buyer will pay all shipping costs associated with sending items in for repair or replacement. To make a warranty claim, please email: support@coolcaasports.com with:(1) a proof of purchase and delivery; (2) a written summary of the defect; (3) a picture of the defect, serial number located on the paddle board; and (4) a name, phone number, and return mailing address.  The buyer must contact support@coolcaasports.com before making any return based on a material manufacturer defect or in connection with a Product Limited Warranty claim.
Any Product that has not been the subject of a Limited Warranty claim using the process set forth above, within the time period stated within this document, will be deemed to conform to the Limited Warranty and deemed accepted by the Buyer.
